    Ingredients:
    Ground beef, lean, 32 oz (remove)
    Bread, whole wheat (including toast), 5 oz (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Milk, 2%, 1 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    *Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)
    *ground tumeric, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Cardamon, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Onion powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    Cloves, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .33 cup (remove)

Directions

mix all seasoning togetht with eggs whip until well mixed, add parmasean cheese and mix well. Crumble harden bread or rip soflt bread into small pieces and soak with milk, add chop onion into fine or course pieces and add to milk . Combine egg mixture wih bread mixture together and mix well. In separate bowl bread ground beef apart and then mix in the bread and egg mixtures and combine well using hands shape mixture into a loaf in an 9X 13 baking dish and baked for 60 to 90 minutes or until desire doneness at 425 degree preheated overn. When done remove and let stand for 15 minutes before cutting. Serves 10.
