Ingredients

    teriyaki tofu
    swiss chard
    white rice
    sorrel
    bik choy
    red pepper
    celery
    1 egg
    spinach

Directions

Stir fry tofu. Add cooked rice and egg, add veges and stir fry for a couple more minutes.
Serve
