Ingredients

    3/4 C whole wheat flour
    1/2 t salt
    1 1/2 T sugar
    1 t baking powder
    1 egg
    1 1/2 T melted butter
    1/2 (heaping) C milk

Directions

Sift dries. Add wets and mix just to combine.

Recipe makes two 1/2 C pancakes and one 1/4 C pancake. Great served with yogurt and fresh fruit.
