Introduction
This is the recipe I've figured out over the years and I've come to LOVE IT. Its great on chips, tacos or even on a taco salad with some salsa! Ingredients

2 ripe avocados (just starting to get soft)
1 clove garlic
3 tbsp hot salsa
2 tbsp sour cream (recipe uses yoso sour cream alternative)
Lime juice - about 2 limes or 2.5 tbsp juice
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
scoop out the avocado and remove pit. Mash avocado in a bowl and mix in other ingredients. Mix to desired consistancy (some people like it chunkier than others)
Tastes best if you can refridgerate it for a couple hours or even over night.
Enjoy on tacos, or with corn chips. Also great on burgers or my personal fav - in salad with some added salsa and this can sub for a dressing on a taco salad.
Makes 6 servings.
