Introduction

Get the buffalo chicken flavor without all the fat. Great for lunches. Get the buffalo chicken flavor without all the fat. Great for lunches.

Ingredients

    1 Whole wheat pita
    1 10 oz can of chunk chicken
    2 Tbsp light blue cheese dressing (or blue cheese chunks if you prefer)
    3 Tbsp Frank's Red Hot Sauce (change to accomodate your tastes, sodium restrictions)
    2 Celery stalks

Directions

2 servings

Mix the chicken, blue cheese dressing, and hot sauce.
Finely dice the celery and add to chicken.
Put the mix into half of a pita.
