Introduction

One of my friends makes this and it is a delicious cold summer treat! One of my friends makes this and it is a delicious cold summer treat!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 lb. carrots, sliced and steamed
    1/2 cup Splenda baking mix
    1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
    1/3 cup oil
    1 can Campbell's Healthy Request tomato soup
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped fine

Directions

Cool the carrots. Heat together the next 4 ingredients. Add to carrots together with the onion/bell pepper mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Makes 8 1/2 cup servings.
