Cabbage Tacos

If you like spice, you can add more jalapenos or whatever type of hot peppers you prefer, or eliminate them all together! you can play with this recipe and make it with whatever your palate likes! Have fun with it! Ingredients

1# ground turkey/chicken
dash salt & pepper to taste
3T minced fresh ginger
3T minced raw garlic
1T oil/olive (i use)
1T minced jalapeno (you can add/eliminate)
1 bunch chopped cilantro
1 head green cabbage
2 limes (cut into wedges)
Directions
Cook ground chicken/turkey in 1T oil, add dash of salt & pepper, garlic, ginger and jalapeno. Cook until all the pink in the meat is cooked through then add the cilantro and blend in with meat mixture.
Take off heat and cover. Let it set for a few minutes so the cilantro will cook with the meat mixture.
Cut cabbage head in half and peel off the leaves and use as taco shells. Fill the leaves with the meat mixture and squeeze a lime wedge on it before eating.. enjoy!!
This will serve 8 people and 2 servings per person
(depends on how much a person will put into their cabbage leaves also)
*Instead of olive oil, you can use fish oil or any oil you prefer
