Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 cup
Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Vegetable Broth, 2 cups
Curry powder, 1 tsp
Ginger, ground, 1 tsp
Raisins, .50 cup, packed
Cashew Nuts, dry roasted, .50 cup, halves and whole
Turn down the heat to low, cover and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, until quinoa is soft and fluffy. Stir in raisins and cashews.
