I love sneaking veggies into my family's food. I top these with lite swiss and dijon mustard. Serve on a wheat bun or open on a bed of greens. I love sneaking veggies into my family's food. I top these with lite swiss and dijon mustard. Serve on a wheat bun or open on a bed of greens.

Ingredients

    1 20oz package ground turkey
    1 med onion, finely chopped
    about 8 oz mushrooms, finely chopped
    1 stalk celery, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp steak sauce
    2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    Steakhouse seasoning or salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Finely chop celery, onion, and mushrooms. A food processor helps save time.
Combine vegetables, turkey, and sauces until mixed.
Form into patties. Season burgers.
Brush burgers with oil, grill until done.
Top as you like, and enjoy.
