Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    Carrots, raw, 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
    Cabbage, fresh, .5 head, large (about 7" dia)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, chopped
    *Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix (soup broth), 8 tbsp
    V8 V-Lite, 48 oz
    Water, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz)
    Green Onions, .5 cup

Directions

cook onions in pan
add bite size green peppers
add 1/2 of cabbage (cut into bite sized pieces)
add carrots, celery, mushrooms, any add'l veggies
optional: add 1-2 cans of diced or whole tomatoes
add knorr's seasoning packet
add 8 cups of water
add 48ozs of V8 v-lite (or any v8)

***this pot will supply lunch/dinner for 2 people for 4-5 days... so about 10 servings at 1 cup***
