Ingredients

    2 Avocados, pitted and diced
    2 cloves Garlic, minced
    1/2 med tomato, seeded and diced small
    1 Tbsp fresh Cilantro,minced
    1 Scallion, chopped
    1 Tbsp Lime Juice
    Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Mash with fork until desired consistency. Let sit for 30 minutes before serving.
