Mmmmm, who knew spinach and banana's would be good together? This is stolen from user OrdinaryNMe--I just replaced the Jillian Michael's powder with Whole Foods powder, so it ups the cals a little. Ingredients

    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup (remove)
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
    Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, .25 cup, thawed (remove)
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Whole Foods Soy Protein Powder with Spirulina, 1 serving (remove)

Directions

Cut up the banana and freeze prior to blending.

Combine all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
