Introduction

Took the actual recipe from All Recipes and made a few changes. Made 9 scones instead of 15. Also used non-fat lemon yogurt and 2oz lowfat buttermilk, and alot more lemon. Ingredients

    2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
    1/3 cup Sugar
    2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
    1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
    1/2 teaspoons baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 Container non-fat Lemon Yogurt 6oz
    2oz lowfat buttermilk
    1 Egg
    1/4 cup butter melted
    1.5 Fresh Blueberries

    Glaze:

Directions

In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. In another bowl combine yogurt, buttermilk, egg and butter. Stir dry ingredients just until moistened. fold in blueberries Drop by heaping tablespoon about 2 in apart onto a greased baking sheet.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 minuts or until lightly browned. Combine glaze for ingredients: drizzle over wam scones
