    1 bag (12oz) frozen shelled Edamame
    1 Tbsp soy sauce
    1/2 c Water
    1-1/2 tsp Sesame oil
    1 scallion, finely chopped
    salt & pepper to taste


Bring the edamame, soy sauce, and water to a boil in a medium sauce pan over med-high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 12 minutes, or until tender. If any liquid remains, cook, stirring occasionally, until liquid has evaporated.

Remove from heat. Stir in sesame oil and scallion. Add salt & pepper to taste.

Makes 4 servings
