Introduction

I couldn't find a recipe that was perfect for me, so I had to make my own. I didn't have unsweetened applesauce, so I used sweetened, and added less sugar to the recipe. Ingredients

    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1.5 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 mashed bananas
    2T ground flax seed meal
    1 egg
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 c sweetened cinnamon applesauce
    1/2 c brown sugar

Directions

Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl, and wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Combine wet with dry until mixed and pour into a loaf pan. Bake on 325 for 50 to 60 minutes.
