Introduction

Ingredients

    Bake chicken carcass , that was previously baked with( lemon,fresh thyme,rosemary ) and Thigh meat at 400 for 15 minutes, until browned.

    Add the following to pot and bring to boil, simmer for 1 hour
    * Chicken Thigh, 5 thigh, bone and skin removed
    * Roasting Chicken, light meat, 1 cup, chopped or diced
    * Honey, 1 tbsp
    * Rosemary, 2 tbsp
    * Parsley, dried, 2 tbsp
    Thyme, ground, 1 tbsp
    * Carrots, raw, 3 medium
    * Celery, raw, 4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    * Ginger Root, 2 slices (1" dia)
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 8 large
    * Onions, raw, 1 large

    Add
    * Yams, 1.5 cup, cubes

    toss in crock pot Cook 4- 6 hours

    Add the following 15 minutes prior top serving
    * Ginger Root, 2 slices (1" dia)
    * Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
    * Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup
    * Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 0.5 cup kernels
    * Lemons, peeled, 1 wedge or slice (1/8 of one 2-1/8"
