Great tasting, very lowfat!!! Great tasting, very lowfat!!!

Ingredients

    4 cups water
    4 c great value mashed potato flakes
    1 1/2 c skim milk
    2 tsp I can't believe its not butter spread, lite

Directions

boil water, add spread
remove from heat
add milk
add handful of potato flakes, stir
continue until desired consistency
