Hamburger Casserole

    18 oz raw lean ground beef (about 14 oz cooked)
    1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup (condensed)
    1/2 c fat-free ranch dip
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    5 oz frozen mixed veggies (carrots and peas)
    1 c frozen corn kernels
    1/4 large onion, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c 2% shredded cheddar cheese
    Bisquick Heart Smart Biscuit mix made with water according to box directions for biscuits


Preheat oven to 350.

Brown ground beef with onion, peppers, and garlic. Drain off any excess fat. Mix in all other ingredients except biscuit dough. Pour into 13x9 pan. Top with 10 to 12 dollops of biscuit mix. Bake until top is golden brown.
