I just made this up because I couldn't find a recipe that suited.These crunchy fat free crackers really bite back. I just made this up because I couldn't find a recipe that suited.
These crunchy fat free crackers really bite back.
Number of Servings: 48
Ingredients
-
1/4 c soy flour
1/4 c whole wheat flour
1/4 c rye flour
1/4 c flax meal
1/4 c sunflower seed
1/8 c caraway seed
1/8 c poppy seed
1/8 c sesame seed
1/8 c celery seed
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp hot paprika
1/2 c water
Directions
Mix dry ingredients.
Add water and mix to form firm ball. Lightly oil baking pan and roll dough out thin on pan.
Score dough to make 4 dozen crackers.
Bake at 400 deg F for 20 minutes (or more depending on how thin you roll them out) until dry and crispy.
Cool and break apart on score lines.
Makes 48 crackers, 1 per serving
