Frozen Peach "ice cream"

Submitted by: NATBAER

Introduction

I had a lot of fresh peaches from the farmer's market, so I froze a lot of fresh slices. They made the perfect soft-serve "ice cream" treat one hot summer night. These were very sweet peaches, so I did not need a lot of sweetener. Just pop them in your blender and whip until thick!
