Chicken Artichoke Casserole

Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup egg noodles, uncooked
    1 cup cooked cubed chicken
    1 jar (7oz.) artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained, and chopped
    1/2 can cream of mushroom soup (any cream soup will work)
    1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
    1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup light miracle whip
    1/6 cup milk
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/4 tsp onion powder
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1 cup seasoned croutons, coarsely crushed

Directions

Cook pasta according to directions. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine all other ingredients. Drain pasta and add to mixture.

Transfer to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with croutons. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 25-30 minutes, until heated through.
