Kate's Chili!

Ingredients

    Ground Turkey
    1 Large Onion
    2 cans Red Kidney Beans
    1/2 jar of Salsa approx. 3/4 cup
    1 can of Corn
    2 cans of No salt added diced tomatoes
    1 tbs garlic powder
    1 tbs cumin
    1 tbs chili powder
    1 tbs onion powder

Directions

Brown turkey with onion in seperate pan.
In large soup pot combine all of the ingredients, and add the turkey and onion mixture.

I normally cook for about 30 minutes on medium heat and then drop to low heat for an additional hour. Chili tastes better the longer it simmers!
