Introduction

This is a great basic intro to green smoothies. They are great for energy, hair & nail strength, clear skin and, depending on what you put in one, they can have up to 3 fruit & veggie servings! Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1c. to 1.5c. baby spinach, raw
    1c. frozen pineapple
    Up to 1 medium banana
    1Tbs. flax seed
    1c. almond milk

Directions

Place all ingredients in your Magic Bullet or blender & blend away. Add ice if you want a thicker smoothie.
