IntroductionA refreshing salad, great in a wrap or on a bed of lettuce. A refreshing salad, great in a wrap or on a bed of lettuce.
1 lb. peeled, deveined, and cooked shrimp
3 green onions, chopped
2 medium celery stalks, chopped
4 baby carrots, grated
1/4-1/2 tsp dried dill weed (to taste)
1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
Celery salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp Light Mayo
Chop shrimp coarsely. Add prepared green onion, celery, carrot, dill, Old Bay, and mayo, and mix well. Add seasonings to taste.
Serve chilled, on a bed of lettuce or in a wrap.
Yields about 5 1/2-cup servings
