    3/4 Pound Chicken Breast Skin and Bone Removed
    1 Cup Mushrooms
    1/2 Cup Water Chestnuts
    1 Tsp Ginger
    3 Cloves Garlic

    Sauce

    1 Cup Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free
    1 TBSP Oyster Sauce
    1/2 TSP Sugar
    1 TBSP Corn Flour

    Seasonings

    2 TBSP soy Sauce
    1 TBSP Dry Sherry Or Rice Wine
    1 TBSP Corn Flour

    OIL FOR STIR FRYING OPTIONAL
    I USE OLIVE OIL SPRAY

Directions

4 SERVINGS

Cut Chicken into strips
Add Seasonings Marinate for 20 minutes
Prepare Sauce and set aside
Heat Wok or Frying Pan and Add OIL**
Add chicken stir fry until color changes REMOVE
ADD OIL**
ADD garlic and ginger stir fry breifly Add Mushrooms bamboo shoots and water chestnuts stirfry breifly Stir Sauce ADD in Middle of pan Stir Until Thick

Serve Over Rice
** YOU CAN BOIL MUSHROOMS IN BROTH TO ADD FLAVOR**
