This mouth-watering version is similar to 'Biscotti'! The only difference being that this is a little more chewy & thicker. To make the dough more pliable, it can rest in the 'frige for half an hr or longer. This mouth-watering version is similar to 'Biscotti'! Ingredients

.75 C Canola Oil
1 C Sugar
3 lrg Eggs
1 t. Cinnomon
1 t. Baking Powder
1 t. Vanilla
3 C Flour
12 oz Chocolate Chips
Directions
Mix the Oil, Sugar, & Eggs well.
Add Cinnomon, Baking Powder & Vanilla.
Carefully & slowly add the flour to the mixture.
When combined well, add the Chocolate Chips.
Shape into 2/3 'logs' using dry hands.
Do NOT grease or spray cookie sheet.
Bake in a 350' oven for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven & let it set for 5 minutes.
Slice on an angle, sprinkle cinnomon-sugar mixture on sliced, uprite mandel bread.
Put back in oven at 250' for 20 minutes to dry-out.
