1 Bag pork rinds
3/4 cup mozarella cheese
3 eggs
.25 parmesan cheese
24 slices pepporoni
.25 cup low carb sauce
Directions
Crush pork rinds to a bread crumd consistency and combine with .25 cup parmesan and 1/2 cup mozarella cheese mix well, then add 3 beaten eggs to mixture. Pour this mixture into a greased pie plate and spread evenly even up the side of the plate, and bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and let cool. Put the pepperoni's, sauce, and cheese on top of crust and bake for 10 to 15 minutes untl cheese is melted and starting to turn golden.
