Introduction

Ingredients

    4 C Iceberg Lettuce
    1 lb. Chicken Breast - Boneless and Skinless
    3/4 C Green Pepper
    3/4 C Cucumber
    3/4 C Celery
    1/3 C Waterchestnuts
    1/2 C Green Onions
    1.5 C Mandarin Oranges (Dole)

    For Dressing
    1/4 C Catalina Dressing
    1 tbsp Soy Sauce
    2 tbsp Brown Sugar




Directions

Grill chicken and chop.
Finely chop all vegetables.
Mix dressing ingredients and stir briskly.

Arrange vegetables, chicken and oranges on plate. Top with noodles and dressing.
