4 leeks (340 g) Cauliflower (Half/340g) 4 tbsp unsalted butter 3 cups of vegetable broth Salt and pepper
Clean leeks, and cut into chunks. Put into pot with butter and let it cook for a few minutes. Add cauliflower cut into chunks and vegetable broth. Let it cook in low temperature until the vegetables are soft. Put mixture into blender and add a bit more of vegetable broth if necessary. Correct seasoning.
