Ingredients

    1/4 c soy sauce
    3 T. rice vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp red chili paste
    1/2 T. veg oil
    1 pound beef cube steak
    3 cloves garlic
    1 small onion
    1 bunch broccoli, trimmed and chopped (about 500 g)
    7 oz. baby bella mushrooms
    2 ribs celery

Directions

Whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, chili paste and sugar. Set aside.

Heat oil in skillet and brown beef. Remove and keep warm.

Cook onion and garlic for a minute. Add other veg and cover. Cook about 8 min, stirring occasionally.

Add beef and sauce to veg and heat through.
