Zucchini, 3 cup, sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 Italian tomatoes sliced Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp Italian spices Basil
In a small casserole pan sprayed with pan spray, line the sliced zucchini and then layer the tomato on top. Make a second layer of both. Sprinkle with Italian Seasoning and Parmesan. Cook in the microwave for 5 minutes, and then turn, cook 5 more minutes. Serve warm.
