    # Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup, diced (remove)
    # *Feta Cheese - Olivia - Greek Style Salad Cheese, 2 oz (remove)
    # **asparagus, whole spear, 3 oz (remove)
    # *Spinach - Fresh Express Baby Spinach (Raw), 200 gram(s) (remove)
    # *Corn (Bird's Eye frozen super sweet corn), 0.66 cup (remove)

Directions

Grease pan and put pastry in base. Layer vegetables in pastry. Beat eggs, sour cream and milk togeter. Pour over vegetables. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 45 minutes at 180 Celsius
