Slow Cooked Lamb and Mushrooms

Ingredients

400g Lamb Chump Chops (diced and bones removed)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 celery stalk, finely chopped
20(ish) Mushrooms, diced
3 cloves garlic
1 Tblsp dried rosemary (or fresh)
1 can condensed mushroom soup (I used low fat)
100ml red wine
1 tsp black pepper
Directions
Brown lamb, onions, garlic and celery in a pan. Transfer into slow cooker and add all other ingredients. Cook for 6-8 hours on low.
