Pizza Dough

Introduction

Makes two pizza crust with eight slices each Makes two pizza crust with eight slices each

Ingredients

    1.5 spelt flour
    1 C whole wheat flour
    1 pkg active dry yeast
    1 C warm water
    1.5 Tbs olive oil
    1 Tbs garlic powder
    1 Tbs onion powder
    1 Tbs Italian seasoning

Directions

Put yeast in warm water with a pinch of sugar. Let rise. In a bowl add flour, olive oil, and seasonings. Pour yeast mixture into flour mixture and knead 6-8 minutes. Cover and let rest 20-30 minutes.
Divide yeast in two and freeze one for future use. Spread dough on pizza pan, add toppings. See topping receipe.
