Ingredients

    Bratwurst, 4 link (4 per 12 oz package) (remove)
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Salt, .5 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, .5 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Budweiser Beer, 12 fl oz (remove)

Directions

Grill the bratwursts (charcoal works well). While the brats are being grilled, in a foil pan add beer, butter, onions and seasonings. Place pan on grill and let it get hot. Once the brats are grilled nicely (about 20 minutes), add to the beer mixture. Keep cooking on the grill for about another 30 minutes. Onions will become translucent and you will smell the goodness!!! Then take brat out and serve with some of the onions. (Goes will with brown rice or some other starch).
