    Eggplant, fresh, .5 eggplant, unpeeled (approx 1-1/4 lb (remove)
    *Summer Squash, 2 cup, sliced (remove)
    Olive Oil, .125 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    Basil, 2 tbs
