Introduction

I scooped this mix into pillsbury cresent rolls, brushed egg whites on top, and baked at 400 for 10-15 mins.

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Cheddar Cheese, 0.80 oz (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 6.40 ounces (remove)
    Salsa, 0.40 cup (remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 0.40 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 2.40 cloves (remove)
    Onions, raw, 0.80 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Peas, canned, 0.40 cup (remove)
    0.5 tsp olive oil

    makes 2.5 cups

Directions

makes 2.5 servings (2.5 cups approx)

Cook chicken with the onions and garlic with 1/2 tsp of olive oil until the chicken is cooked through.

Add the corn and peas and stir.

Scoop the mix into the crescent roll (or pizza dough, or whatever you're using), add the salsa and fold over the mixture completely.

Brush egg whites over the dough.

Bake at 400 c for 10-15 mins, until crust is golden.

** note - crescent rolls/dough and egg whites NOT included in calorie count!! This recipe is just for the mixture to put inside the dough!
