Introduction

This is a household favourite!! Even my BF, who usually doesn't like anything other than 'the norm', LOVES this!!

You can serve with rice or noodles.

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 15 ounces (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced (remove)
    Ginger Root, 2 tsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1.50 large (remove)
    Water, tap, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *Sesame Seeds, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Honey, 4 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Saute the onion and garlic in a little bit of oil.

Add the water, add the carrots, and let bring to a boil. Cook, covered for approximately 3 minutes.

Grate the ginger while waiting.

Add the rest of the ingredients, except the celery and sesame seeds and stir. Cook, covered for another 3 minutes.

Add celery. Cook another 2 mins.

Serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds on top over rice or pasta.

Depending on how crunchy or soft you like your veggies, you can alter your cooking times depending.
