    Ingredients:
    Lettuce, red leaf (salad), 1 head
    Tomatillos, 4 medium
    Serrano Peppers, 1 pepper
    Carrots, Baby, Fresh Selections, 12 oz
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    Cider Vinegar, .5 cup
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Oregano, ground, 2 tbsp

Directions

Cut Serrano pepper and tomatillos into bite size pieces then mix everything togther and chill before serving.
