Lemony Spareribs

    3 - 4 pounds spareribs
    1/4 cup Kikkoman Sauce (or other soy sauce)
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated fresh lemon peel
    1 clove garlic, pressed


Makes 4 to 6 servings.

Cut ribs into serving pieces; place in shallow, foil-lined pan meaty-side down. Combine remaining ingredients and 2 Tbsp. water.

Brush ribs thoroughly with sauce. Cover pan with additional foil; bake in 350 degrees oven 45 minutes. Discard foil; turn ribs over brush with additional sauce.

Pour remaining sauce over ribs. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes longer, or until ribs are tender, basting occasionally with pan juices.
