Dollbabe56's Blueberry Crisp

Ingredients

    4 cups frozen blueberries - thawed
    2 Tbls. cornstarch
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/4 cup orange juice
    1 cup dry quick oatmeal
    1/4 brown sugar
    1/8 cup flour
    1/8 cup butter - melted

Directions

Serves 5.
Rinse blueberries to thaw. Combine cornstarch with orange juice. Add sugar. Combine with blueberries. Pour into greased 8 " baking dish. Combine oats, brown sugar and flour. Add melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of blueberry mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes.
