Bake Pork Roast and Garden Vegetables

Ingredients

    Baked Potato (baked potatoes), 4 potato (2-1/3" x 4-3/4") (remove)
    Pork Tenderloin, 32 oz (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 4 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove)

Directions

Place pork in center of baking dish. Chop potatoes up into cubes and place around pork, Then slice carrots up and do the same. Add a little water then cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 1.5-2 hours
