Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

    3 cups broccoli, chopped small
    1/2 cup red onion, chopped fine
    1/4 cup sunflower seeds
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
    Dressing:
    1/2 cup low fat yogurt
    1/4 cup light mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine salad ingredients. Combine dressing ingredients, and let sit in fridge for flavors to blend. Mix dressing well into salad before serving.
