Whole Wheat Banana Bread

Ingredients

1 C Mashed Bananas
1/3 C Oil
1/2 C Honey
2 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 C Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 t salt
1 t baking soda
1/4 C hot water
Directions
Beat oil and honey together. Add eggs, mix well. Stir in bananas. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with hot water; mix until smooth.
Bake in greased 9 x 5 x 3" loaf pan at 325 for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool on wire rack for 1/2 hour before slicing. Freezes well.
