Ingredients

    2 slices wheat bread
    6 spinach leaves
    4 slices of tomato
    1 tsp oregano
    1/8 tsp garlic salt
    2 servings of egg whites
    pepper, to taste

Directions

Toast bread and cook eggs to your liking (scrambled or flipped once). Season eggs while cooking (oregano, garlic salt, pepper).

Stack as a sandwich once the eggs are cooked. You can grill the sandwich to melt the cheese if desired.
