Introduction
This is a lighter version of a recipe I had. Orignially one serving had 413 calories and 25 grams of fat. This recipe has 134 calories and 7 grams of fat per serving. Ingredients

1/4 cup butter
1oz unsweetened chocolate
3/4 cups flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 egg whites
1/4 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 tsp coconut extract
1 whipped topping mix envelope
Pkg of coconut
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray 8 inch square pan with Pam
3. Melt butter and chocolate in microwave on high, 15 second intervals, mixing each time. Until its smooth
4. Combine flour, cocoa and chocolate mixture from microwave
5. Add sugar, eggs, and egg whites. Beat on medium high speed
6. Add in mayonnaise. Beat on low speed.
7. Pour into pan, cook for 20 minutues (Depending on your oven, you may need to cook longer)
8. Let it cool
For Coconut Frosting
1. Mix milk, coconut extract and some coconut flakes
Once brownies are cool add the frosting to the top and sprinke with coconut flakes
