Marky's Maypo Cookies

Ingredients

Butter, salted, 1 cup
Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
Granulated Sugar, .75 cup
*Grade A Extra Large White Eggs, 2 serving
*Flour, white, 2 cup
Baking Soda, 1 tsp
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Salt, .25 tsp
*Maypo, 2 cup
Semisweet chocolate, 1 cup chips (6 oz package)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Beat butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Combine dry ingredients with flour and add to creamed mixture. Stir in Maypoand optional chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoon on to ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 11-12 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool for one minute before transferring to wire rack. Makes about 3 dozen.
