Zone Diet Sesame Tofu Stirfry



Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 8.8 oz package of Sesame Sizzle tofu
    1 bag Steamfresh asian veggies
    1 bag Steamfresh veggies w/ water chestnuts
    1 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
    1 Tbsp vinegar
    1/8c (2 Tbsp) brown rice (dry)

    Make sure to serve with:
    1/4c low-fat cottage cheese PER SERVING

    (I use Organic Valley lowfat cottage cheese.)

    Macronutrient breakdown:
    36.7% carbs, 31.1% protein, 32.3% fat

Directions

Prepare rice in a rice cooker. (For convenient use with later meals, you may want to cook 1/4c dry and then separate out half of what comes out for use with this recipe.)

Microwave Steamfresh veggies. Add tofu, soy sauce and vinegar to a pan and sautee for 5-10 minutes. Add veggies to the pan and cook until thoroughly reheated. Serve on top of rice.
