Introduction

My sons idea to use the green beans and green onion from our garden. My whole family loved it!!!!! My sons idea to use the green beans and green onion from our garden. My whole family loved it!!!!!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    *apx 2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast tenders
    *1 family sized can of cream of mushroom soup
    *about 8 cups raw fresh green beans(as many as your pan will fit)
    *fresh green onion, apx 6 tbs or to taste
    *1/4 cup shaved carrot
    *1/4 cup milk
    *2 6oz cans of french fried onions

Directions

preheat oven to 350 degrees f.place frozen chicken breast tenders on bottom of large baking pan. add green beans washed and cut into 2 inch pieces. add cream of mushroom soup and rinse can with milk and add. mix together well. place breast with large portion of green beans on top along bottom of pan, cut green onions and shave part of a carrot with a butter knife or spoon on top of each breast, season if desired. cover pan with foil and bake 30 minutes, turn temp to 425 and bake an additional 20 minutes. remove foil and add french fried onions, replace foil loosely and bake another 10 minutes.remove foil and let stand 5 minutes before serving. serves about 6, 2 breast tenders and one full generous cup of green beans.mmm
