  • I had trouble finding decent ground chicken so we used ground turkey instead. Even our very picky 6-year-old ranted and raved about them. :) - 6/16/12

  • I made these, and they were awesome. I didn't have flour so I used breadcrumbs and I switched the feta cheese for low fat blue cheese. My husband ate his on the sandwich thins and loved them, and I just ate them without bread for my lower carb diet. I would definitely make them again - 6/8/12

  • I made the burger without the Worcestershire sauce, the ingredients wouldn't bind together. Also how to I cook the burger, when i tried i but 1 tbs of canola oil and the burger started to burn. However the burger was delicious. - 3/1/11

I find the very lean ground chicken breast to be very moist, if the chicken is too dry to bind you might want a Tbs of egg substitute or another mild flavored liquid. My stove is a smooth cooktop and I find it's not as hot as gas. You could d0 a lower temp and make the burgers flat. Good luck!

  • My family loved this recipe. I am confused on the calories listed. Upon closer look the 261 calories only includes 1/4 of a Pepperidge Farm flat sandwhich thin. I am thinking 75 more calories need to be added. Anyone else notice that? - 8/26/10

Wow, thanks for pointing that out! I had entered only 1 thin instead of 4, I've fixed it so it's correct now.
